Refund policy

No Refund, No Return, Exchange Only in Case of Damaged Products

We do not offer refunds or returns for any products. Exchanges are allowed only in the case of damaged products received, subject to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Eligibility for Exchange:

    • Exchange is available only for products that are damaged upon delivery.
    • You must provide a video of the unboxing process showing the damage to the product.
    • The exchange request must be made within 7 days of product delivery.
  2. Exclusions:

    • No exchange will be provided for products that are used, installed, or damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
    • Products with tampered or missing serial/UPC numbers are not eligible for exchange.
    • Digital products or services are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
    • Any product that shows damage covered under the manufacturer’s warranty is excluded from the exchange policy.
  3. Procedure:

    • To request an exchange, notify us immediately if the product is damaged at the time of delivery and provide the required video proof of the damage.
    • The product will be replaced with the same or equivalent item, subject to availability with the seller.
  4. Buyer Responsibility:

    • It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the product is unboxed and inspected immediately upon delivery.
    • The request for an exchange must be accompanied by the unboxing video and submitted within 7 days of the delivery date.
